1. The confidentiality of information shared by the Disclosing Party (you) with the Receiving Party (pH Balance) in the course of assessing business needs and formulating bespoke solutions and quotations. "Confidential Information" shall include all data, materials, and information provided by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party, including business operations, strategies, financials, and client data.
2. The Receiving Party agrees to hold and maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence, using the same degree of care that it uses to protect its own confidential information. b) The Receiving Party shall not use, reproduce, distribute, disclose, or otherwise disseminate the Confidential Information except as necessary for the agreed purpose. c) The Receiving Party agrees not to make the Confidential Information available to any third party without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party. The Receiving Party is committed to complying with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and shall take all necessary steps to protect personal data as per the Act’s requirements.
