JNTM Solar Specialists

Early 2023, JNTM Solar Specialists, a key player in South Africa's bustling residential solar market, faced a significant challenge. With the market booming, they struggled to manage the overwhelming demand for solar systems, compounded by a shortage of critical components like panels and inverters.

This was when pH Balance joined as a contracted project manager, marking the beginning of a pivotal partnership aimed at assisting with steering JNTM through these challenges.

Louw & Company

Louw & Company was born out of Andrew Louw's vision to create a fresh startup in the finance industry. His new venture aimed to provide working capital for company projects in exchange for a minority share in the generated profits.

The initial setup was modest, with a small basement office in Dunkeld and basic working conditions....

Adele Lucas Promotions

One of the longest established promotions and event management companies in South Africa, started by Adele Lucas in 1979.

Toby Chance, MD of Adele Lucas Promotions (ALP), aimed to bridge the economic divide between South Africa's first and second economies in 2010.

REVOV Batteries

REVOV Batteries, a company specializing in innovative lithium iron phosphate batteries for back-up power solutions,  sought to expand its reach into the high voltage (HV) market.

​

Penny Hall, having previously established the in-house marketing department for REVOV and running it for nearly two years, had a deep understanding of the company's products and goals.

 

The transition of Penny from Louw & Company to REVOV during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2019, coincided with the company's push to develop its high voltage business.

In the fast-paced world of retail, the success of a category often hinges on the expertise and strategic acumen.

This case study highlights the transformative approach by pH Balance to enhance the baby clothing offerings for two leading South African retailers (at different times):
